Return and Damage Policy

Returns

  • Items must be NEW & UNUSED in the ORIGINAL packaging
  • 40% RESTOCKING FEE
    • Items over 3 months old are NON-RETURNABLE
    • Restocking fee may be reduced to 20% with replacement order of equal or greater value
  • Discontinued, used, non-stock and custom equipment are non-returnable
  • Return Authorizations will not be given unless equipment is ready to be returned
  • Any equipment not returned within 14 days will be refused and customer is responsible for requesting an updated RMA
  • If RMA is assigned on a new & unused unit and it arrives damaged, Wunder-Bar has the right to return to the customer OR refurbish and pass cost on to the customer
  • If the item is determined to be defective then Wunder-Bar will pay return shipping and the customer is not subjective to restocking fees
  • Any shipment received without an RMA will be scrapped within 10 days or retuned to customer at their expense (Customer is responsible for arranging pickup of item)
  • Wunder-Bar offers no labor warranty and will not be responsible for labor costs


Damages

  • All shipments should be thoroughly inspected before signing delivery receipt
  • Concealed damage needs to be reported within 24 hours
  • Customer is responsible for all 3rd party shipments
  • If RMA is assigned on a new & unused unit and it arrives damaged, Wunder-Bar has the right to return to the customer OR refurbish and pass the cost on to the customer

Warranty

  • RMA will need to be completed identifying the warranty issue
  • Warranty period is 1-3 years

Wunder-Bar will provide by email RMA # and shipping instructions. RMA # and all paperwork need to be returned with the items, RMA # will also need to be printed on the outside of the box
